Die Anlage ist Teil des Solarprojektes Solarplan 2007 der Stadtwerke Konstanz GmbH. Fünf Einzelanlagen von 4,73-5,59 kW sind auf dem Schrägdach des Wohngebäudes der Städtischen Wohnungsbaugesellschaft (Wobak) installiert. Projektierung, Projektsteuerung und Betrieb der Anlagen erfolgt durch den Energieservice der Stadtwerke Konstanz GmbH, Planung der Anlagenkomponenten und Anlagenbau durch die Fa.
