Die Anlage ist Teil des Solarprojektes Solarplan 2004 mit einer Gesamtleistung von 264 kWp der Stadtwerke Konstanz GmbH. Sechs Einzelanlagen á 6,4 kW sind auf dem Schrägdach des Wohngebäudes der Städtischen Wohnungsbaugesellschaft (Wobak) installiert. Projektierung, Projektsteuerung und Betrieb der Anlagen erfolgt durch den Energieservice der Stadtwerke Konstanz GmbH, Planung der Anlagenkomponenten und Anlagenbau durch die Fa.
