Die Anlage ist Teil des Solarprojektes Solarplan 2004 mit einer Gesamtleistung von 264 kWp der Stadtwerke Konstanz GmbH. Sechs Einzelanlagen mit vier Blöcken á 4,2 kW, einem Block mit 4,5 kW und einem Block mit 3,9 kW sind auf dem Dach des Wobak Dienstleistungsgebäude installiert. Projektierung, Projektsteuerung und Betrieb der Anlagen erfolgt durch den Energieservice der Stadtwerke Konstanz GmbH, Planung der Anlagenkomponenten und Anlagenbau durch die Fa.
